We’re Denny and Sarah Reed—a husband-and-wife team, parents, and a family deeply connected to Tanzania.
We have had the privilege of living in Tanzania, traveling its roads and building lasting friendships throughout the country. From the Serengeti and Tarangire to Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater, we have experienced landscapes that still leave us in awe. But what has captured our hearts most is the warmth, strength and beauty of the Tanzanian people.
That is why a Reed Safari goes beyond seeing animals. We want guests to experience the nation we love: sharing coffee with a local farmer, hiking to a waterfall, visiting a village or school, listening to stories and meeting the people who make Tanzania extraordinary.
Our deeper purpose
For years, our family has served communities in the Kilimanjaro region. Through Kipepeo Rehabilitation Center, we are helping create a safe and compassionate place where men facing drug and alcohol addiction can recover, rebuild their lives and find lasting hope.
